NYC Mommy Bootcamp is a total fitness program with moms' needs in mind! Unlike other bootcamp classes, we focus on exercises that make mom's life easier, including core toning, back strengthening, cardiovascular health, weight loss, strength training and flexibilty that will help you keep up with your growing kids.
