This group is for parents of young children in the Lake Conway area, especially the area around Little Lake Conway. My husband and I live on the west side of Little Lake Conway, and we have one daughter, who was born in May of 2011. This group is for parents of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children who live in the Lake Conway neighborhoods. We will be setting up play dates, "mommy/daddy meetups," outings, etc.

This group is for anyone who would like to participate in stroller fitness workouts with your baby! I teach classes at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs. These workouts include cardio and resistance training and many exercises involve participation with your baby! They are geared for anyone with a baby 8 weeks to 18 months. Anyone is welcome to join. The first class is free.  Each class thereafter is $6/class.  I look forward to meeting you at the classes!
